Period of mourning following the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II

Out of respect for Her Majesty, Ystrad Fflur Community Council  has taken the decision to postpone the forthcoming Monthly Meeting  due to take place on Thursday 15^th September 2022.  The next monthly meeting will take place  on Thursday 22^nd September 2022 at 7pm.

Condolences are extended to the Royal Family at this time.

• Rhaid cyflwyno’r papurau enwebu drwy e-bost i’r cyfeiriad canlynol: swyddogcanlyniadau@ceredigion.gov.uk Ni dderbynnir enwebiadau os cânt eu cyflwyno i gyfeiriad e-bost gwahanol;
• Dylai llinell pwnc yr e-bost nodi’n glir beth yw enw’r ymgeisydd;
• Wedi i ni dderbyn y papurau, byddwn yn anfon e-bost i gydnabod ein bod wedi eu derbyn. Ni fydd yr e-bost hwnnw’n cadarnhau a yw’r enwebiad yn ddilys;
• Bydd e-bost arall yn cael ei anfon i gadarnhau a yw’r enwebiad yn ddilys neu a oes unrhyw broblemau o ran yr wybodaeth a gyflwynwyd;
• Cyfrifoldeb yr ymgeisydd yw sicrhau bod y papurau enwebu wedi eu cyflwyno a bod eu dilysrwydd wedi ei gadarnhau, a hynny heb fod yn hwyrach na 4.00pm ar 5 Ebrill 2022.

The Notices of Election have been published and are now available on the Council website:

Nomination Papers will be received from Monday, 21^st March to 4pm, 5^th April 2022, on Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 4.00pm.

In person

Appointments must be made if choosing to deliver nomination papers in person. These can be made by phoning 01545 570881 or by e-mail to returningofficer@ceredigion.gov.uk

Electronically

Nomination papers may be delivered electronically in accordance with the arrangements set out in the electronic delivery statement below:

• Nomination papers must be submitted by e-mail to returningofficer@ceredigion.gov.uk Nominations will not be accepted if submitted to an alternative e-mail address;
• The e-mail subject line should make it clear the candidate’s name;
• On receipt of the papers, an acknowledgement e-mail will be sent. This will not provide confirmation that the nomination is valid;
• A further e-mail will be sent confirming the nomination is valid or whether there are any issues with the information provided;
• It is the candidate’s responsibility to ensure that the nomination papers are delivered and confirmed as valid, by no later than 4.00p.m on 5 April 2022.

Informal checks of nomination papers will be offered and we urge you not to leave it close to the deadline to submit your nomination papers.
